I believe one size does not fit all, and finding your own unique pathway that is most suited for you would be invaluable.
My approach to mental health care is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I believe that each person has unique needs and experiences, so I work closely with my clients to develop individualised treatment plans that meet their specific goals and preferences.
Following my master's degree in social work, I have worked with diverse individuals for over 10 years. I am deeply committed to promoting the well-being of individuals and communities by providing compassionate, comprehensive, and tailored mental health support.
I have worked at hospitals, NGOs, and EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs). My client group includes high-functioning individuals who seek personal development, veterans and their families, as well as people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
I am a trained and licensed professional with a strong background in psychology, social work, and counselling. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations facing various life challenges and mental health struggles in culturally safe and appropriate spaces.
Moving to Australia required resilience, adaptability, and adjustment as I built my life from scratch. This experience has shaped me in various ways, teaching me valuable lessons and strategies.
Overall, my goal is to provide tailored, high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes healing, growth, and resilience. I am happy to embark on this journey with you. It may not always be easy, but it will undoubtedly be an exciting and worthwhile journey. Let's take the step
